Andrew Alexander's recruiting career began at an international recruiting company on a generalist desk, basically hunting and gathering EVERYTHING. In two years he successfully placed candidates in eleven very distinct industries with an extremely high interview-to-placement ratio.

Andrew quickly became the division’s billing leader and served as trainer and manager to his colleagues. Andrew ranked in the top 10% out of 1,100 international MRI offices and ranked number two nationally among his sector's peers.

As proud as Andrew is of those accomplishments, he is most proud of his recruiting process and the ability to replicate it and place talented professionals.

Prior to his recruiting career, Andrew specialized in revitalizing failing businesses-especially those others said could not be saved. He quickly assessed opportunities, improved performance standards, implemented effective management principles and made companies profitable.

Andrew graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. He is fluent in Spanish and has lived in South America, Hawaii, Alabama, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay. Currently Andrew, his wife Bobbi and his two children live in Austin, Texas.
