KTP has been a talent acquisition partner of Allianz Global Investors, PIMCO's parent company, since 2008 and has completed searches and placed sales professionals into the New York offices.  With news of PIMCO’s establishing a proprietary distribution company, PIMCO Investments, KTP and PIMCO decided to negotiate new contractional conditions exclusive to the KTP. KTP is excited to be apart of this new chapter in the great history of PIMCO and looks forward to working with the sales management and the New York and California recruiting teams.

KTP launched its new website today (9/1/10). KTP's original flash website was created in 2004. It served nicely for the last six years, but after the myriad changes KTP has gone though this year including a name and logo change and the creation of several social medial sites, KTP founder Tarin Yankovich thought it only fitting to also give www.ktpsearch.com a facelift. The new site is cleaner, brighter and does not use flash or sound like its previous version.  It has many more links, including a job board and career counseling tools for candidates interviewing with KTP.

KTP announces a new candidate service aimed at V.I.P. candidates who do not have the time to market themselves and look for a career transition. KTP has partnered with a local Los Angeles-based Personal PR Firm to come up with V.I.P. Candidate Marketing & PR. This new service allows a candidate to engage an executive search consultant as its sole representation in the job market. Coupled with the Personal PR aspect, power executives no longer have to wait for a headhunter to call them.

KTP Executive Search Group, Inc. invested time and resources into several new technologies this summer to better serve its clients.  The new technologies include: creating a blog which owner Tarin Yankovich aims to update on a regular basis with valuable industry insight, the creation of a Twitter page which will enable followers (namely candidates) to keep on top of important new search assignments and the formation of a KTP Facebook.  Finally KTP invested in a state of the art PBX phone system (VoIP) which will allow KTP to grow on a scalable model and offer additional services such as the delivery of important messages and call metrics to clients. The system also puts callers into a call queue enabling KTP adequate time to answer every caller, thus reducing response time.
