Tarin Yankovich has been an executive search consultant since 1998 when he graduated from the University of California, San Diego. He started his recruiting career with Interim Legal Professionals in San Diego, placing attorneys. He moved to San Francisco and joined DHR International in 1999 where he was trained as a Generalist Recruiter in Retained Search; in 2000 he was recruited to Fisher Investments as served as their Senior External Recruiter where he focused solely on Regional Vice Presidents across the United States. In early 2004 Tarin Yankovich founded KTP Executive Search Group Inc. in Los Angeles; in 2008 Tarin Co-Founded International Talent Acquisition Partner (iTAP) and iTAP Energy a specialty search firm which focuses exclusively on Clean Energy. Tarin, his wife Danielle and their three children live in Pasadena, California.
